I think you make a very good point in the impact SL made when it came out especially it being a Korean manwha, however there are parts of SL that are lacking. In depth side characters being the biggest one but just not punchy characters to begin with an exception for like 4-5 characters. Frieren does not have any of those issues or very many at all. SL is a very good anime but I believe that Frieren is a Genuine masterpiece and I’ve watched a bunch of anime (not to seem more credible just that I have seen my fair share). I’m very picky when it comes to calling it a masterpiece. Solo -Leveling is not a masterpiece (to me) simply because of a few small (small small) problems, that Frieren simply doesn’t have.
