What an awful theory. They are bringing back the big names to cover when the movie doesn't live up to expectations.
It's bad enough they ruined RDJ's Tony Stark by nonsensically bringing him in as Doom.
Now, they are going to ruin another legacy character because they can't leave the story alone.
Marvel is on a huge downswing. And these stunts of pulling in the big names and ruining their arcs by making them "alternate" versions and villains is really dumb.
At the end of the day, people aren't going to see Doom, it's just green Iron Man and making Cap a villain would just be another real to mess all over another legacy from a movie timeline that actually ended st the right time.
