I loved Kevin aka Ren in this movie. He says everything he wants to say without having to say it but with his dancing. Even tho he was the new kid in town he still made friends and fell in love and danced to prove a point. That freedom of speech was his.

The perfect dance romance movie.. Nobody puts baby in the corner but nobody will ever forget Johnny either. Jennifer and Patrick originally hated each other on and off scenes from what I've read from her book but they made it work. He sang she's like the wind about his wife. Again you don't have to like someone to work with them. One of the reasons I got into dancing when I was younger and still today dancing is my ion and I can do every step from the movie
