In this world of Severance, they use intercoms for everything. It was literally Mr Drummond on the intercom, because 'Kier' flat out started criticizing Mr Milchick for his verbose language. The fact Milchick was taken aback means Drummond was going off script to attempt to ruin his cool dance performance with the Merriment department and upset him. The real Kier would not stoop so low as to devalue their godlike status to insult a manager in front of a subordinate. Even an AI Kier would figure out how harmful to the brand that would be. I don't understand how the writer of this article is so thick headed they couldn't understand this.

Never saw that coming, because what a terrible film and what a no-talent hack of a filmmaker!
