The more I hear about this remake, the less I want to see it. It sounds like the people actually working on the movie were really trying to make it faithful to the original but Disney executives had to butt in to make the movie something that they believe is profitable.

What anime were you guys watching? I could maybe get DIO being smarter than Joseph but Jotaro? Jotaro beat DIO because of Star Plot-Armor: The World and literally because he punch strong. Not because he out smarted him. Jotaro is clever, experienced, and, heck, he's even a marine biologist. But he's being placed above a guy who can predict what you're gonna say before you say it, and a guy who somehow knew the exact series of events needed to evolve his or Pucchi's stand into something nigh-invincible that can reset the universe.
