We are never going to get anywhere bashing the past movies, it's all a learning curve, respect the art form, just like comics etc.

I will see Superman and hopefully James and Zack team up to create something wonderful moving forward pleasing the bulk of fans, unity is important, the multiverse is how it should be, giving everyone a bit of something they all love and notice and not rejecting the other because they don't notice or understand what is being shown to them!

The Gunn fans and Snyder fans need to start respecting one another asap if DC is to shine brighter than ever before, Marvel as well! ❤👍

yeah gets his powers and healing ability from the sun, yet Gunn chooses All Star where he's dying from "too much sun" and mix that with Kingdom Come for costume yet uses a "young" Superman and got rid of a guy for being "too old", nonsense that was ALWAYS the plan and makes no sense either as Superman is dying and dies and is much older in KC not to mention WHAT Earth are we dealing with here!? Supergirl as well!!! The TRUTH always comes out and proper DC fans, cast, directors etc who have all been scorned, mocked and humiliated so that the "Marvel" directors can do silly for years and have done and all the backstabbing and lies so that the "DCU" can be born, all want JUSTICE!

THAT is being a REAL CB fan, not a "Gunn" fan 1st, who would accept and be part of all that negativity for years, being disgraceful towards actors, directors, producers, all involved in DCEU Snyderverse and fans who only wanted a DC Universe built, not torn to pieces by LOUD kids and activists on X.

So yeah OF COURSE some fans are going to fight back, yet the best Gunn fans can say or do ALWAYS revolves around Snyder, never anyone or anything else, WHY? Because they are either knowingly or unknowingly part of all the sabotaging over the years! Disgusting and disgraceful, as CB fans who "should" believe in Truth and Justice, you should all know better instead of attacking people just because they might like something a bit different from you!

DC fans need United NOT Divided, as that's all that's been happening since MOS/BVS because Disney/Marvel didn't want the competition!

It irks me that Gunn will do a Supergirl Woman of Tomorrow movie, yet Superman is like a mish mash of Elseworlds as well?

I can't be the only one who is like ok Crisis on Infinite Earths lets establish there was a multiverse now theres not, then there is with Infinite Crisis 52 etc, new 52 kinda threw away lore, DC Rebirth brought it bk mixed in new 52 and so on.

So lets do some of this timeline lore PROPERLY!

WB wanted to copy MCU so badly yet only Superman/WW got a decent Origin Story to build from, but before more DCEU building it all got torn to pieces because of "Elseworlds", "Too Dark", "Not comic Accurate", like what? DC is VERY Malleable let them build the Universe first THEN decide, not ONE movie in then some people complain so WB trashes everything making it silly and incoherent so they get Marvel directors in and what do they do? Make it WORSE..but it's ok it has some silly moments to laugh at and added some Color!

DCU doesn't seem like it knows what it wants to be just choosing "best of" Elseworlds and mashing them...that some hated before but LOVE now just because Gunn is doing it? Hypocrites.

It's crazy they said no to DC Black Label movies, yet WHAT are they using? Elseworlds is supposed to be just that ELSEWORLDS, if you want to create a DCU, Stick to the mainline and events and give the characters PROPER MODERN SOLO MOVIES to introduce them to the lore, but start from something that explains COIE or something that explains there was a multiverse then do the Batman Year One etc, doesn't have to be like Nolan, either adapt it EXACTLY or do flashbacks like MOS.

None of what Gunn is doing makes sense to me. You want to use the Kingdom Come costume ADAPT KINGDOM COME! Want to use lots of All Star Superman? ADAPT ALL STAR SUPERMAN.

Why not because Supergirl is getting the treatment, yet Superman gets a mish mash like before, yet Gunn has had YEARS to get this right!

I just don't get the Gunn fans hes way more Marvel than DC, his DC lore is obviously only silver/bronze age era stuff as a kid if anything & all he knows is silly. I mean this Superman movie which SHOULDN'T have been called just Superman as hes wearing a kind if Kingdom Come costume, yet Kingdom come Superman is OLDER, yet Corenswet looks TOO YOUNG and why did he get rid of Cavill? Yep TOO OLD!!! The Hypocrisy is CRAZY right now!

Gunn has stated he thinks Superheroes are dumb, he thinks Cosplay is stupid & dumb, disses past DC movies, disses young little boys, disses Superman/DCEU/Cavill fans and Absolutely HUMILIATED the man, how is that being a good DC Leader? Yeah it AINT!

I get it though the movies really need to stick to lore & pay attention, something James Gunn doesn't, but pretends to his fans he does, which is a huge problem & why we are in this mess just now & by the time most Gunn fans grow up & realise what is going on or what he has been doing it will be Too Late & Years later, they don't listen to grievances from other fans as the mainstream media & other Gunn fans with an agenda to help Gunn has put up a forecfield & "attack" anyone who has grievances & call them "cultists" etc which is very Hypocritical & naive, which is only helping Marvel pull ahead even further & I'm a Marvel fan, but also a Huge DC fan too, I love Superman, but seeing him treated the way past cast/character have been treated is just nasty, nor is this new Superman movie getting good careful treatment either just cheap n nasty look made from Gunns mind of GOTG & do whatever he wants, yet has now had multiple reshoots because WBD want more serious now? like we had in MOS/BVS?

So WHAT'S THE POINT IN THIS? Crazy yet Snyder still gets all the fault? Lots of fans need to do more research into EVERYTHING that has happened since MOS, the DCEU announcement BVS etc, what was going on at Marvel to push Civil war fast, Gunn at Marvel exec prod'r on Avengers, Whedon at DC who cut out Darkseid so that his buddy can push Thanos 1st, what Snyder was planning yet Whedon gave all that info to Gunn etc, all which looked much better imo if given half a chance & if you watch Avengers IW/EG that's very close just different characters etc.

So yeah DCEU was sabotaged & the Marvel guys DON'T have a secret sauce they just took Snyders ideas & used Marvels comic lore instead, yet could have chosen ANYTHING but chose to go Civil War then Thanos just like BVS then Darkseid! I Smell a rat!

How can ANYONE James Gunn?

As a CB fan of ~40 years, I've noticed he is not a nice guy, why? Here goes!

He was exec producer on Avengers IW/EG & Whedon was @DC & saw what DCEU had planned, Darkseid in JL etc, so told Gunn the competitions secrets, why? Well because Avengers is Whedon's baby & both have closer ties 2 Marvel, before that they pushed Civil War in response to BVS, so Whedon cut out Darkseid from JL, so Gunn can push Thanos 1st! Whedon made Superman look like a Beaver humiliating Cavill & the other cast, NASTY! Then Safrans Shazam, a headless Superman/Cavill so humiliated AGAIN!

Gunn reshoots other directors movies at Marvel making them more silly, annoying those directors, then Gunn posts filth online & was fired, so WB hired him? Why? They got him 2 write Superman, yep he's had YEARS to get it right, he made TSS which silly nonsense only 2 stand on Ayers, just like Whedon with JL. Then as co-CEO Gunn humiliates Cavill just after he announced his return as Superman & no a 5s cameo in BA during covid wasn't going to break records & it was sabotaged by same hating fans to not be seen in China & Middle East so BA prob would have hit ~600M+ MUCH better than TSS. So AGAIN Superman/Cavill humiliated by MARVEL DIRECTORS!

Not only that Gunn thinks Superheroes are dumb, DISSES past DC movies, young kids, cosplay, fans. His stunt with Snyder "We thought it would be funny" no YOU thought, just look at his face in the photo, like FU to fans coz he HATES them! Respect the past!

When getn asked how Superman connects with other DCU movies U know what he said? "F**k It!" How is he THE GUY for DC? He doesn't give a DAMN & yet his fans praise him, oh he reads comics he's comic accurate! WHEREABOUT? He's hardly EVER comic accurate & his lore is very messy!

He's a wolf in sheeps clothing & his fans have only helped keep DC down with all the silly nonsense!

Kyle, Hal, John, Guy(blackest night onwards) the rest not that great, Simon is ok but guns he used/then never/then did and so on put me off a bit, Jessica has always been a forcefully used pain, as if she somehow went from being very insecure to confident and somehow knowing everything and more than the others in less than a year? Hmmm not happening tbh, yet it did. Super Jessica to the rescue! While the rest were like will-less eejits who had somehow forgotten to use their rings properly and how much will they had to beat the bad guy but she did, especially with Kyle, they made him look weak for NO good reason, but before he was God-like? Yeah just not buying it at all. Respect is earned not given/taken!

They used Kyle well during JLA hugely successful runs and into 2000s as well and New Guardians run was great, huge potential of a character that got depowred more than once and is now wasted as bit part player, when it's obvious lots of fans are still asking for him and they are still trying to use GL to add more characters when it doesn't need it. Create NEW DC characters with their powers etc. Sheesh stop taking popular stuff and making for kids with no real connection to it while others already have and are waiting for more of their characters they love, it's just bizarre thinking and if you creare a character people love they will buy it, stop using other popular characters as a step on then we never get to see the ones that were popular in the first place!

Exactly no respect towards Cavill or proper respectful baton ing in a multiverse sense etc!

The movie might be ok but more than a few eggs have been broken to get here that's for sure, the disrespect from Gunn and his fandom is crazy!

Anyone with half a brain knew MOS DCEU was character growth over movies becoming more the version most recognize and by going through changes evil then finally in JL3 coming back as bright hopeful big blue boy scout fans would have went wild, but it was all sabotaged for people like Gunn who was exec producer for Avengers IW/EG and jumped from Avengers/Loki, Avengers/AoU to Infinity Gauntlet story and skipping Kree skrull war because Whedon saw what DCEU was planning in JL movies etc!!!

All of this has been going on for YEARS between DC and Marvel trying to get ahead etc. Marvel didn't want a CB Universe in cinema to compete with especially the Justice league etc and strong CB characters like Superman, Batman, WW etc so sabotaged Superman Batman WW etc in JL to pull them down a notch, ZSJL proves that JL was sabotaged as no one in their right mind releases that movie in 2017 as Superman looked TERRIBLE, beaver face comes to mind!

All I see is Hypocrisy from Gunn fans, even if Superman is decent what a MESS for YEARS and lots of unnecessary stuff happening and lots of fan hate that's unnecessary as well.

Maybe if Gunn and his ers were nicer over the years etc...but that's too much to ask for though...right?

Yeah crazy isn't it, yet that's EXACTLY what Gunn did to Cavill etc, no respect whatsoever and that's only the tip of the iceberg of everything that has been going on and his fans are very naive and highly immature calling people cultists etc!

We would have had "The Big Blue Boy Scout" by now if the old DCEU "Snyderverse" or whatever you wanted to call it, was left alone to grow organically over time just like the MCU was given.

Instead some fans fell for the hate and ultimately sabotaging years of decent DC movies and a coherent interconnected DC Universe because Marvel didn't want the competition. As a huge fan of DC and Marvel I wasn't that easily manipulated as some were just because of small silly things like "too dark" etc.
