Not sure this is correct. Omega discovered Time Travel, but Tecteun is responsible for the genetic code of regeneration. Am I missing something?

Structurally the movie is a mess. None of it makes sense and it moves at snail's pace. Sidewinder knows too much and seems to have been added just to explain things to the audience. Can't even imagine what this film looked like before the reshoots.
