Revenge is too simple for this character, He is forward thinking, and the pain he inflicts is to him spiritually righteous. He clearly carries the weight of the dirty work. War is not pretty, and I’m glad this is acknowledged through this character. This is Galaxy level conflict, and some rebels look the other way, when it doesn’t suit them. The dark Side is prevalent on both sides.
