The memory loss scenes were raw and really drilled into you the distress he (and many others with memory issues) was going through. There's absolutely nothing like forgetting who you are or why you're somewhere.

Also I personally feel the entire final episode was a waste and shouldn't have been done as it was too final, it literally ended the brothers stories, which was more annoying than sad. The semi final was a perfect way to leave the show off and it left it open for more adventures.

Link has had some sort of odd ability in almost every single game. Those abilities are what makes the games different from one another. If he was just a random powerless knight, he'd be dead in five seconds flat and it wouldn't be any fun after a few games.

A protagonist with unique powers is what makes games interesting and gives chances to do things in different ways for different playthroughs. If you want a bland one trick protagonist, go play COD.

There's been plenty of other series that have done 16 episodes at 30-40mins each and gotten enough detail into them, so I can totally see this series doing the same without much issue.

Now what would be funny, would be making it like shows such as Young and The Restless or Days of Our Lives, where it has a 30min episode nearly everyday of the year 🤣 They'd be able to get in all the details that way 🤷😂
