I think in the crossover event, she's the final big bad behind the scenes, possibly due to the incursions that created the crossover were her doing, or one happened close to her and she absorbed its powers, and pretty much recreating BattleWorld. Unlike Doom, she erases her footprints, not to mention the incursion incident, actually amplifies her ability causing her to be able to even control Oatu.

Can we just up the ante and make Oatu the next Tony Stark, I'm still waiting for a collision to occur with the Defenders of the Multiverse, before we completely nix the multiverse series, Kang didn't work, but there's always been stronger out there.
