NCIS shows are great for "topical" entertainment where you don't have to think much. Watching high-level shows like The Diplomat, From, The Expanse, and the Americans is more rewarding because of their high quality and the fact they cause you to think and discuss what is going on with other watchers versus the usual network entertainment shows.

LA was the best spinoff by far. That's the one they should bring back. Sydney is ok. Has some interesting characters and storylines. Nothing great but fine. Stopped watching Origins. A bit dull.
