Captain America: Brave New World Review - I Wanted To Love Anthony Mackie's Bleak MCU Movie But I Was Just Bored & Disappointed
I think losing the humor element of not having Bucky is part of the tone issues. While F&WS wasn’t the best best it worked well because of the buddy cop dynamic of those two and they played well off each other. Replacing him fully with the new falcon may have been a mistake, tone wise.
