I'm in the "Where was Michelle Trachtenberg" camp. I watched her on Nickelodeon with a kid who I helped raise in the 90's. I did not see her in her more adult roles, but she certainly had a body of work that was deserving of memorializing.

OTOH, the mystery surrounding her ing might have affected the choice of whether to include her.

Bernard Hill is another omission, which is hard to explain in light of his absolutely great work in the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy. Between that and Titanic, he certainly gained fame with fans worldwide and in the US. Bernard Hill should have been included.

What could possibly be odd about Lacrimosa played for "In Memoriam"? It is a composition of mourning for the deceased. Lacrimosa (which is Latin) literally means "full of tears", which I think is what the In Memoriam is supposed to engender.
