It's crazy how out of touch these reviewers can be. This show was amazing. The story is pretty strait forward and most shows have multiple ongoing story lines? That's not something new. But they all intermingle very well. You can see the cracks starting to form. This show didn't need non stop crazy action , it was good story telling, a great cast, and great writing that kept me on the edge of my seat. I couldn't stop watching it and the second season can't come soon enough.
