See AllNot showing the Daleks, Cybernen, Master, etc is a good decision. And the villains 15 faced were more interesting as a result. AND he got to show the Drs dark side on occasion.
Gatwa had far better stories than Whittaker and while there were aspects of his Dr I didn't care for, I'm sorry to see him go

Infinity War was a far better ending for the MCU saga than Endgame.

Endgame was most definitely a significant movie.
What it wasn't...was a good movie
5 Years On, Marvel Finally Redeemed Avengers: Endgame’s Most Disappointing Miss
Sorry.
Endgame is a collection of great moments stitched together into an awful mess of a film.
The movie is inconsistent, incoherent and nonsensical with little thought given to giving it a decent story. It is a pitiful end to the Infinity Saga, more so considering the superlative build up we saw in Infinity War.
The Biggest Challenge Facing James Gunn's 2025 Superman Movie Is Nailed By Todd McFarlane's Insightful Analysis
Being honest....
The inclusion of the sillier elements into Gunns attempt at a Superman movie is not something that fills me with either confidence or excitement.
I have zero desire to see Krypto - or indeed, most of the Super family - in a movie. Nor do I want to see Superman issue corny one liners such as "Great Rao!!!!"
What makes Superman "super" is his humanity. He's an alien...but a human one.
Reeve was great in the role, but he'd be too corny today. I liked Cavill and the fresh take but he was too gritty for many.
So no Krypto. No Rao. And....important...Superman is the disguise Clark Kent wears.
For me, the best take on Superman was the Byrne era.
Krypton was highly advanced....thousands of years ahead of Earth....and utterly sterile.
He was sent to Earth not to act as a savior but to save his life. And Earth was chosen because he looked like a native and would fit in.
There was no Krypto. No Superboy. The entire mythos was stripped down to its essentials.
Supermans power level was dialled down. And given a "foundation" as telekinesis rather than idiocy such as a denser body.
Kryptonite was extremely rare. And limited to Green with just one effect.
Clark grew up normal. He was a school sports star. He went to college and umiversity and travelled the world. But he had broken bones and injuries because his body had not "powered up" until he was an adult.
And he had weaknesses...he was powered by the Sun, but had reserves. He was vulnerable to magic. He needed to breathe and eat.
His enemies started off as crimelords and humans.
In short...he wasn't a god. And when this version of Superman was in various teams, he didn't overshadow them. The other of the Justice League were not reduced to cheerleaders but provided skills, knowledge, abilities Superman could not.
And it was never Superman disguised as Clark Kent. It was Clark Kent disguised as Superman
Strange New Worlds Changes Kirk & Khan’s First Star Trek Meeting
It seems fairly obvious to me that the author of this article never watched the episode.
At best, it seems he read a spoiler free synopsis and "extrapolated" from there.
It would perhaps embarrass him less if this article were to be deleted. All I can suggest is that he actually watch the episode and then edit away the inaccuracies. Of course, that won't leave much of an article.
