The classic Batman villain known as the Firefly (Garfield Lynns) was not an arsonist. He was a special effects technician who invented a holographic projection system that could cast realistic optical allusions. After DC rebooted it’s continuity in the late 1980s, Firefly was conflated with the later villain known as The Firebug (Joseph Rigger) a deranged war veteran who had used his demolition training to get revenge on owners of the unsafe apartment towers where his family had recently died in THREE separate accidents. After another continuity reboot, the crazed arsonist version of Firefly and Firebug ended up meeting and the latter was permanently injured, leaving only Garfield Lynns for Batman to be concerned about ever since.

Are you kidding me? #1 isn’t even the third-best fight in FIST OF LEGEND (1994). How is it that none of his fights in the SHAOLIN TEMPLE trilogy are on this list but ones from ROMEO MUST DIE (2000) and THE FORBIDDEN KINGDOM (2008) are? It defies both conscience and logic.

What did you understand? That article made Spielberg’s decisions less comprehensible. Not having a combat MOS is not an excuse for inaction, especially not in WW2. There were hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of untrained partisans (many of them women and children) who fought in that war.
