I always thought of Agatha as woman who been through much it has conflicted her mind on the right and wrong. While yes she knows what she did was wrong but after losing her son she just didn't care anymore. She became even more power hungry because the more power she had the longer she would live. At the end she may have said the kiss of death wasn't sarcaficing herself for billy... but I think it was cause she was reminded of her son. I do think she really cared for Billy. She was just a really complicated character. There good in everyone some just bury it down deep than others and I think that what Agatha did...
