Look if you genuinely feel SV was the worst one yet and PLA before it was the worst one to that point, maybe you've just grown out of the series. (I know the article didn't mention PLA but its implied in "getting worse, and for a long time now")

I get SV looks and runs bad but as someone who's played ... uh way more than 600 hours of Pokemon, to say the least... it was the first one in a long time that I just couldn't put down because of how much fun I was having. PLA has graphics issues too but it was an incredible game.

So saying it just keeps getting worse is, to this lifelong Pokemon fan, a wild take. But if you don't like the games anymore, that's okay.

Although... I think suggesting New Horizons was anything short of a masterpiece is also way out there 🤷🏻‍♂

its so so easy to make a meta deck or one that can compete with the meta though? like you might get bored of it eventually for sure because it's not so easy to make ALL the decks when you're FTP, but it's incredibly easy to make one or two.

honestly would prefer some kind of hearthstone-esque dust system and/or pack points carrying over across sets to even having trading at all
