I think some of these reviews people are trying to break it down like it's supposed to be 1 of the greatest films ever made. It a comedic TV show with Sheldon a truly brand new character class and excellently played by Parsons. And of course the smoking hot blond neighbor with a perky personality but Midwestern toughness and manners. I put TBBT in the top 10 class of long running 30min sitcoms with the likes of Friends, Seinfeld, Roseanne, Married with Children etc etc... you all have your own shows for your top 10 but my point is this show was #1 for a reason it was a feel good comedy/mild drama and people couldn't wait to see what happened next and that's awesome! Even it's prequel Young Sheldon(YS) had 7 successful seasons and in October 2024 a new spin-off of YS Georgie and Mandy's 1st wedding premieres and will be successful. Pretty impressive from a show about nerdie physicist lol.
