Unfortunately the new series of Dr who has left me flat again. This doesn't feel like the series that came back triumphantly with Chris eccleston. This was a 6 out of 10 episode, which was an improvement on last year's opening. Last year's series was average at best, the final two stories I enjoyed. I am afraid that the 15th Dr not having a look and being too cool for school is a mistake. I have been a fan most of my life and have seen this done way better than this. I don't know what has happened to rtd but his writing is not as good as it used to be.
