Lobos healing powers aren't anywhere close to Deadpool's as Deadpool only needs a single atom to regenerate whereas lobo needs a drop of blood. Furthermore the DC universe is pretty much terrible at the moment... If they even tried to mimic Deadpool in any sense most people would just frown upon that and go watch Deadpool instead.
