An ambitious FF7's most dangerous villain Sephiroth. The scene plays out like usual, with the original voice lines and animation, but now with a Final Fantasy touch added to it.

Tifa Saves Cloud from Sephiroth in Resident Evil 2 Mod

The clip is part of a collection of cutscenes all placed together into a movie video that's over two hours long. The movie consists of all the cutscenes from Resident Evil 2, combining both the Leon and Claire routes, where most of the characters are replaced with Final Fantasy 7 ones. For example, in addition to Cloud taking Leon's place, Aerith replaces Claire, Biggs replaces Marvin Branagh, Barret replaces Robert Kendo, and many more swaps are present as well. The models of these classic Final Fantasy characters keep the outfits their Resident Evil counterparts had on, like Cloud wearing Leon's police uniform. Tifa wears Ada's trench coat but keeps the earrings and high heels she normally wears with her purple dress. Meanwhile, Sephiroth is in his usual outfit but has been enlarged to match the intimidating size of Mr. X.

As in character as it is for Tifa to take charge and make a daring rescue, for this particular scene one might wish it was Aerith behind the wheel. The remake has showed off more of Aerith's tougher side, like the iconic FF7R scene where she weaponized a steel chair. After what Sephiroth has done to her, it could have been immensely satisfying to turn the tables and see Aerith slam Sephiroth into a concrete wall with a SWAT truck. However, the movie as a whole is still very entertaining to watch. The video proves that Tifa and Cloud facing off against hordes of zombies together could be just as exciting as their regular fantasy adventures.
