Taylor Armstrong is eager to show fans a different side of herself on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip for season 2 and will appear as a "friend of" on the newest season of RHOC.

Hollywood Life sat down with Taylor to talk about her appearance on RHOC, and Taylor said that she is excited to have another Bravo experience and that she is "not afraid" to show her true self. She isn't worried about saying the wrong thing, or the right thing, and she can just "be exactly who [she is]." Taylor is grateful for a chance to enjoy her experience with different Housewives, rather than trying to hide behind a mask of perfection.

Out of all the Housewives, Taylor went through arguably some of the hardest times while filming RHOBH. She first appeared on the show with her husband, Russel Armstrong, and their daughter, Kennedy. Over three seasons, viewers witnessed the souring of the abusive relationship between the couple, and it was later reported that Taylor was physically and verbally abused by Russel. Taylor filed for divorce in 2011, and a month later, Russel committed suicide. The intense emotional pain Taylor endured during her time on RHOBH is something she would like to put behind her as she moves on and enters RHOC.

Today, Taylor is happily remarried to attorney John Bluher. The pair wed in 2014 during a beachfront ceremony in Los Angeles and Taylor was walked down the aisle by her daughter. After leaving RHOBH, Taylor has spent time engaging in public speaking events and is an outspoken advocate for victims of domestic violence. She is also a New York Times best-selling author after publishing her book Hiding from Reality: My Story of Love, Loss, and Finding the Courage Within.

After a traumatizing first three seasons on RHOBH, Taylor is ready to show viewers her new life and forge new friendships on RHOC. Taylor will get a front row seat to all the drama of the OC and learn the intricacies to the relationships between the women. She will be the first Housewife to be featured on two different franchises, and it will be interesting to see how Taylor fits in with some of the oldest and closest friendships in the Bravo Universe.

The Real Housewives of Orange County seasons 1-16 are available on Peacock.
