The race for the crown is down to six girls and one is already disqualified in this make-over episode of RuPaul's Drag Race. The queens are tasked with turning Drag Race super-fans into full-on drag queens. Last week's winner Jaida Essence Hall, the biggest challenger for the crown Gigi Goode is expected to win, picks which super-fans get paired with the queens.

Jaida seems to pick fairly and doesn't try to sabotage anyone. The tallest super fan gets paired with Sherry Pie, who is the largest contestant left. Janet the Planet is Sherry's super fan and she already has a drag name and a drag queen attitude. It is seeming more and more likely that we will see Sherry Pie in the top 4. Rather, we will see Sherry Pie make it to the top and have an uncomfortable announcement about her absence in the Zoom reunion.

Jackie Cox is feeling the pressure to win a challenge and she seems confident about the super fan who was picked for her to make-over. Heidi N Closet's super-fan has been bullied throughout her life and this fan-favorite gives her the pep talk she needs. Heidi says, "You gonna let these hoes beat us or no?" Heidi hugging her sweet fan is a beautiful surge of joy. It is nice to see a gay man comforting a woman on this show. Heidi is a fantastic representation of the queer community. Jaida Essence Hall, who has been making strong strides for the crown in the second half of the season tells RuPaul that she has put many people in drag and honey you can tell! Not enough people give Jaida credit for her incredible mug. And she has the fire to win. She says about her new drag daughter, "If she is not winning don't come home."

Crystal Methyd on RuPauls Drag Race

Jaida is also getting a lot more screen time than she did in the first half of the season. Perhaps the producers have noticed the love for Jaida Essence Hall online? Maybe they recognize that seeing another skinny, white, fashion queen win is not what the fans want and they are giving Jaida the spotlight she deserves. After all, many fans have voiced their distaste at the idea of a Gigi win. Today on Twitter, Gigi Goode faced backlash for a Britney Spears tweet that some found insensitive. Fans have also been quick to point out that the model-like, white queen dressed as a colonizer for last week's stars and stripes episode. Pretty privilege and white privilege or not, Gigi is an undeniable force in this competition and it is going to take a great deal of drag power to beat her.

Jaida has an emotional moment in the Werk Room with her drag daughter. Jaida starts talking about her boyfriend of 12 years. Her drag daughter says that Jaida is "the most beautiful person." Jaida has proven many times that she can win this entire competition and the edit is certainly in favor of Jaida this week. Meanwhile, one of Gigi Goode's only talking heads shows her as very ambitious and not very... human. The producers may be giving Gigi the stiff robot edit. As the top girls race for the crown the rest of the queens race to stay in the competition. Crystal Methyd is giving her drag daughter the kooky Crystal treatment. It seems like she will fair well this episode. The one everyone is worried about, Heidi N Closet, seems to have truly upped her make-up skills! Her drag daughter looks absolutely gorgeous once her mug is on.

Once the queens walk down the runway it does appear that the mug on Heidi's drag daughter did not translate to the look. Heidi puts her daughter in a costume that truly does not bare much family resemblance. Watching Jaida Essence Hall walk down the runway with her stunning daughter truly felt like being in a gay bar watching this show again. I could hear the non-existent voices around me absolutely screaming for Jaida. Her daughter looks incredible. Jaida truly might be America's Next Drag Superstar. She showed the judges the vulnerability they want to see. Sherry Pie and her daughter slay on the runway. It is all but certain Sherry will make the top 4. Crystal gets praised for her kookiness and Jackie Cox is called out for giving another safe look on the runway.

The bottom two are both fan favorites who were not able to shine this week: Jackie Cox and Heidi N Closet. Heidi is an incredible lip-syncer, but Jackie Cox is an oddball that the judges love. There is a very earned double save this week. No one goes home and it feels very on par with the loving theme of this episode and how much these queens killed it. The race for the top four is the same as it was last week. Does that mean two queens will get the ax next Friday? We shall see!
