In Schedule 1, you can make dozens of different products from the base strains. However, with so many different combinations, it can become daunting to know which ingredient will have what effect. It all comes down to trial and error.

It isn't all random though, as certain ingredients mixed with certain effects will give a guaranteed outcome every time. The key is to keep track of what you've used and build on it, paying attention to what effects the drug already has. Once you become accustomed to associating an ingredient with an effect, it will become second nature.

All Basic Effect Recipes in Schedule 1

Using Base Strains With Basic Ingredients

A base strain in Schedule 1 is having an ingredient added to it.

There are 16 ingredients in the game so far that you can mix with any base strain to get certain effects. These are standard effects you get without replacing any with more complex ingredients. The traits you select here will determine the result when you start mixing for an advanced effect.

The Bungalow is one of the first properties you’ll be able to afford in Schedule I. Here’s how to make the most of its limited space while you save.

Many customers like a variety of effects, and in some cases, it may not be possible to create one product with all the NPCs' favorite effects. Each effect works in very different ways, and it is suggested that you have your character try each strain so you know what you're giving to people. You will notice that your character's facial features will change depending on the strain effect you give them. Some of the game's movement mechanics will also be altered. This should last a couple of hours in-game, depending on the effect.

All Advanced Effect Recipes That Can Create A More Complex Effect

Enhancing Your Base Creations

If you take the product you've already created using various ingredients and process it once more, you'll get a more complex effect that certain NPCs in Schedule 1 tend to enjoy. Some of the recipes will involve you reusing an ingredient that was used to get a base effect, while other recipes will involve new ingredients you will need to add.

Some of the mixing may become repetitive, such as when you're making an advanced Anti-Gravity recipe. The complex effect will replace one of the effects in the standard strain you previously created. Sometimes it takes mixing them once or twice to create these new effects. You'll have multiple ways to create some of these complex effects.

, you will need to have the effect you're replacing listed as one of the current traits to get the desired new complex effect. It appears that you can mix new ingredients almost infinitely in the game, constantly building the effects of whatever strain you've made. As we learn more about the intricacy of the mixing, we will update with any new information we find.

Where To Get Ingredients For Schedule 1 Recipes

The Price And Location Of Necessary Ingredients

Every ingredient in Schedule 1 can be purchased at Gas-Mart.

All ingredients can be purchased at one of the Gas-Marts, but you may have to wait until you're a certain tier before you can unlock some of them. All the ingredients are fairly cheap, so even if you're strapped for cash, you can still make some pretty interesting mixes with very few ingredients. If you need to make a quick buck to buy ingredients, consider selling items at the Pawn Shop or recycling trash in designated areas on the street. It shouldn't take too long before you make enough to get a good stock of ingredients.

To get the Laxative effect on your products in Schedule 1, you will need to use certain ingredients in mixes. There are three ways to go about this.

You can level up fairly quickly when your reputation increases due to making a quality product. While it can be frustrating not being able to get your hands on some Schedule 1 ingredients until later in the game, just focus on what you can make right now and go from there.
