Chelsea went as far as accusing Bre of trying to destroy her marriage. During Selling Sunset season 8, Bre also caught a lot of heat from her co-stars Emma Hernan and Chrishell Stause, who sided with Chelsea. However, Bre has revealed that things are not what they seem regarding the circumstances behind the revelation.

During Netflix's Selling Sunset season 8, episode 5, Bre sat down to tell Chelsea about the allegations of her husband Jeff kissing a mystery woman. Chelsea has since accused Bre of purposely revealing the allegations on camera to try and destroy her marriage and set up a storyline for the show. Nonetheless, Bre has denied those allegations, revealing that Chelsea knew ahead of time before they both sat in front of the cameras.

According to Bre, due to the sensitivity of the information, she gave Chelsea and her co-stars a heads-up about her scene with Amanda Lynn and the rumors that would be revealed. However, Chelsea, Emma, and Chrishell, who knew about the allegations before it was filmed, did nothing to stop it. Emma, Chelsea, and Chrishell may have all ganged up on Bre to paint her as the villain, but their intentions are dubious and ingenuine.

Since Bre revealed Jeff's infidelity onscreen, Chelsea has been portraying herself as an easygoing lady who was blindsided and betrayed by a colleague. Chelsea has since used that excuse to bully Bre sometimes with the help of her co-stars. However, Chelsea is far from the angel she portrays herself as.

However, Chelsea and Bre have never been what you'll consider "close friends" due to a previous clash in Selling Sunset season 6 when Chelsea upset Bre by judging her for having a baby with Nick Cannon. Chelsea had called Bre's relationship with Nick "off-putting," which Bre did not appreciate. Chelsea might've been embarrassed by the onscreen revelation of Jeff's infidelity, but she knew ahead of time and only seemed to enjoy bullying Bre.

After months of persecuting Bre for allegedly trying to destroy her marriage, Bre revealed that Chelsea knew before the onscreen revelation. Chelsea's decision to recruit some of her co-stars to bully Bre both on and off the show is quite unfair and very dubious since they all knew about Jeff's infidelity. Instead of the negativity and the potential crash of her marriage, Chelsea should direct her energy towards creating peace after a tough Selling Sunset season 8 and not create more discord.
