The trailer for Selling Sunset season 8 dropped on August 13, and it had everything from luxury real estate to in-office politics and personal drama. The trailer begins with Chrishell toasting to the women in the office that they are starting anew and moving on from the past. However, it quickly pans to talk about the Los Angeles real estate market and how it hasn't been doing well. Jason is seen saying how the market is "sh*t right now." Other than issues with the real estate market, divorce is looming over Chelsea's head.

While filming, Chelsea filed for divorce from her husband, Jeff Lazkani, after seven years together. Chelsea is shown shedding a tear in the trailer while there is talk about her husband, so the season will likely discuss this matter. Bre does reveal in the trailer that she heard something shocking about Jeff that left Chrishell, Amanza, and Mary shocked.

Chelsea later gets emotional, clearly talking about the dissolution of her marriage. Jason and Mary also cry about losing their dog Niko after 18 years, and the trailer ends with newbie Alanna saying, "Bring it on b*tches." So far, Selling Sunset season 8 looks like a must-watch this fall.
