The She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Disney+ streaming series brings the iconic character to the MCU, but it's a fair question which version of Jennifer Walters it will be. Many different She-Hulk forms exist within the main Marvel Comics universe of Earth-616, and even more variants from across the multiverse, including some who only appeared for a single page.
The MCU She-Hulk likely combines elements of different forms in some way, but other versions could also appear in the series as villains, particularly the Red She-Hulk. If the multiverse expands into the streaming series in the way it has in recent MCU movies like Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness, then potentially a lot of different variants of She-Hulk could appear.
Updated on July 21st, 2022 by Darby Harn: Secret Invasion. This sets up the possibility that the Skrull She-Hulk from the comics potentially appears in the series or perhaps in the near future.
Earth A
The Earth A version of She-Hulk shares all the same powers and abilities of the Earth-616 version, including superhuman strength and stamina. Her strength roughly equals the Hulk, though both their upper limits have yet to be truly defined. Earth A She-Hulk bears such a resemblance to the 616 Jennifer she was able to impersonate her in She-Hulk #21 from 2005.
This She-Hulk also shared a brief affair with Juggernaut in one of the strangest Avengers-related romances in comics. She eventually helped the Fantastic Four send other variants back to Earth A, including a variant of Doctor Strange, which could be interesting in the MCU.
Jade Giantess
The Jade Giantess She-Hulk appears in the twisted reality Morgan le Fay, among the most powerful Avengers villains in Marvel Comics, creates. She shares the same powerset as the primary She-Hulk, including the ability to physically transform from a normal human to her gamma-powered form at will, increasing her height and mass significantly.
The trailers indicate the MCU Jennifer appears to be able to do this as well, as she appears in several shots as both regular and hulked out as well as in between, unlike her cousin, Bruce Banner.
The Reckoning War
The She-Hulk of Earth-6232 also shares the general powers and abilities of the main She-Hulk, including an incredible endurance against most forms of attack. She can be injured, but not by any conventional means and generally only by more powerful characters like the Red-Hulk.
This version of She-Hulk first appeared in She-Hulk #3, when she was taken by the Time Variance Authority years into the future to see The Reckoning War, an event now playing out in the 616-timeline. Comic book fans know the Time Variance Authority plays a key role in a great She-Hulk comic story the MCU may adapt.
She-Hulk Prime
She-Hulk Prime shares all her primary counterpart's powers, including the ability to leap enormous distances. In the comics, she jumped from Manhattan to Ryker's Island and can jump very high into the air, as the trailers show she can in the MCU as well. This She-Hulk emerged from a reality destroyed by an incursion during the multiversal collapse in 2015's Secret Wars.
Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness introduced incursions to the MCU and sets up a potential Secret Wars adaptation, opening the door to many She-Hulk forms in live-action.
The Misstro
The Misstro debuts in 2010's She-Hulk: Sensational #1 in a unique sequence where She-Hulk sees the future. She appears to possess She-Hulk's standard powers, though she also wields several weapons that likely boost her capabilities significantly. The Misstro carries Captain America's shield, an Asgardian hammer, and wears elements of Iron Man's armor.
These trophy-like implements echo those of The Maestro, among the most powerful Hulk versions in the comics, and whom this powerful She-Hulk seems to take some cues from.
Ultimate She-Hulk
Betsy Ross serves as the Ultimate Comics version of She-Hulk rather than Jennifer. With a regenerative healing factor similar to Wolverine that makes it virtually impossible to stop her, Ultimate She-Hulk ranks among the strongest figures in the Ultimate Universe of Earth-1610 and the most powerful She-Hulk forms.
Her selfishness distinguishes her from the Earth-616 version and it drives her in powerful ways. She focuses on building her own brand and attracting as much attention as she can, making her very cunning and manipulative in ways Jennifer never would be.
Earth-1029
The Earth-1029 She-Hulk also shares the same powers as her 616 counterpart, but she's distinguished in her utter lack of morals and ethics. She emerged from the Weapon X program in her world and was specifically chosen for the program due to her lax ethics.
This version of She-Hulk appeared in Exiles #12, during one of the team's many adventures traveling across the multiverse. In this reality, she is simply known as the Hulk, though it's unknown if there is a Bruce Banner in her timeline.
