Silent Hill f is available for preorder, with a release date set for fall of 2025. The survival horror title is being developed by NeoBards Entertainment, the team behind Resident Evil Resistance and Resident Evil Re:Verse, and will be published by Konami. The game will transport players back to the 1960s, to the fictional Japanese town of Ebisugaoka, where protagonist Hinako Shimizu must navigate the mysterious fog that has shrouded her home.

As revealed during the June State of Play, Silent Hill f will be released on September 25, 2025. The game will depart from the rest of the series, taking players to a new location instead of revisiting the titular town of Silent Hill as it was portrayed in the first few titles.

The new game arrives in stores roughly a year after Konami and Bloober Team returned to the events of the second game in the Silent Hill 2 Remake. However, this will be the first new game in the mainline series since the 2012 title, Silent Hill: Downpour.
