One dedicated fan has decided to bring the worlds of Dragon Age: Inquisition together. While most Dragon Age fans are patiently waiting for Bioware to release the next trailer for Dragon Age 4 to drop, one fan has made their own way to keep the series alive. They did so by building the entirety of the Skyhold from Inquisition in the Sims 4.

Dragon Age: Inquisition used the Skyforge as the main headquarters for the main character, their companions and resources in fighting against the rising turmoil known as the “Breach.” At first, the fortress atop the mountain is abandoned but as the game goes on, the player is able to invest more resources into the Skyhold and upgrade it. At the Skyhold, the player is able to interact with their companions, learning more about their backstories and take on personal quests, even romancing a few of them too.

Reddit Dragon Age: Inquisition can be seen recreated in the simulator game, such as Solas' den and Cullen’s desk from which he managed the Knight Templars. The throne room and courtyard are also featured in the gallery, main areas used in Inquisition for a number of scenes and companion quests.

While only a portion of the stronghold is actually accessible in Dragon Age: Inquisition, the creator of this masterpiece has fleshed out some of these zones to make more sense for a simulation, adding more rooms and areas to fill the space instead of just having inaccessible spots, including bathrooms which are often overlooked in RPG games. All of the companion’s rooms have been recreated, except for Cole and Blackwall.

In order to achieve this, StarshinePrince used a bunch of packs, which will be required for anyone wishing to try out the Skyhold setting. Sims 4 players will need the Get To Work, Get Together, City Living, Cats & Dogs, Seasons, Get Famous, Island Living, Discover University, Eco Living, Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Dine Out, Vampires, Jungle Adventure, Realm of Magic, and Romantic Garden expansion packs to get all the objects needed for this Skyhold recreation. Sims 4 expansion packs aren’t cheap, so players may need to wait for a sale to pick up any they are missing from this list.

For those looking to give this setting a playthrough, the creator has also included a able link in the comments on the Reddit post. It should be noted that this able fortress is not toddler-friendly, as the creator has kept to the source material not including children in Skyhold as a sign to not try and make the fortress child-friendly.
