Venom - is one of Marvel's most popular concepts. Now, the Spider-Verse and the Venomverse are colliding, and three incredibly cool Spider-Men will be at the center of this battle.
With Venom being nearly as popular as Spider-Man, Venom has gotten his own multiverse known as the Venomverse, which functions the same as the beloved Spider-Verse concept. Now, Marvel has announced the two multiverses will be going to war, and the first new Spider-Men will be shown off in Web of Spider-Verse: New Blood #1, an anthology issue featuring art by character designer Luciano Vecchio, including a spectacular cover by Vecchio.
It's not unusual for comic book universes to incllude multiverse storytelling. It's an extremely easy way to explore new versions of familiar characters and put them in bizarre situations that wouldn't make sense in standard continuity. Spider-Man ended up getting his very own multiverse, known as the Spider-Verse, where all the Spider-Man-related multiverse stories are focused.

One of the best things about the Spider-Verse is just how many Spider-Man variants there are, as explored by the popular Spider-Verse animated movies starring Miles Morales. Marvel has truly taken this idea to heart and seems open to exploring just about every possibility. Readers have seen absurd stories like an evil Parker family with Aunt May merged with the Carnage symbiote. They've seen a Norman Osborn who became Spider-Man instead of Peter Parker, and they've even seen a dinosaur version of Spider-Man called Spider-Rex.

Marvel Has a New Event Brewing, and It's All About the Venom-Verse
Another symbiote event is on its way from Marvel Comics, but it will include a head-to-head conflict with the Spider-Verse starting May 2025.
With the Spider-Verse colliding with the Venomverse, Marvel needs new versions of Spider-Man to fight this war, and the three who have been shown off so far look very promising. Readers will be introduced to Count Parker, a version of Spider-Man who became a vampire at some point. The Spider-Prowler appears to be Miles Morales after having taken up the role of his uncle, and Spider-Hulk is a version of Spider-Man with the powers of the Hulk. It's a fantastic line-up, and fans can look forward to enjoying stories that focus on all three of these new characters.
The Spider-Verse Just Got Its Three Coolest New
A Vampire, a Hulk, and an Evil Miles Morales
This crossover promises to give readers a look at what is most likely going to be the most fascinating Spider-Man and Venom variants so far. With these mutliverses going to war against one another, readers will be wondering which one will have the more powerful variants. Venom has always been deadly, but one has to wonder if there is really a version of Venom who can stand up against a Spider-Man with the powers of the Hulk. Readers will just have to find out if Spider-Man or Venom has the stronger variants in the Spider-Verse this March.

Typically gaining their powers through a bite from a radioactive spider, the different Spider-Man heroes employ super-strength, agility, and intellect while utilizing webbing to swing and tangle up their foes. The most notable of these Spider-Men is Peter Parker, who remains one of the most popular superheroes throughout the world.
