This amazing Star Wars cosplay sees Bo-Katan Kryze claim her destiny, inspired by The Mandalorian season 3. Bo-Katan became the Mand'alor at the end of The Mandalorian season 3 - the confirmed ruler of her homeworld. She initially achieved this by claiming the Darksaber, but has been accepted in the role even after the Darksaber's destruction.

Cosplayer Rei Kennex has shared a fantastic Bo-Katan cosplay that shows the Mand'alor in all her power. Set against a gorgeous sunset backdrop, Rei Kennex strikes a powerful pose with dual blasters across her chest in full Bo-Katan armor. The costume truly looks as though it could have been taken right from the set of The Mandalorian; it matches the show perfectly. Further, Rei Kennex really captures the spirit of Bo-Katan through her stance and posture.

Bo-Katan Deserves Her Redemption Story

Bo-Katan meets more Mandalorians on Mandalore in The Mandalorian Season 3 Episode 7

Star Wars has always been a story of redemption, and Bo-Katan's certainly fits the bill. The character made her debut in Star Wars: The Clone Wars as an antagonist, but gradually morphed into an ally of Ahsoka Tano. She worked with Ahsoka to overthrow Darth Maul in the Siege of Mandalore, and led her people in decades of resistance to the Empire.

Unfortunately, this resistance cost the Mandalorians dearly. Toward the end of the Galactic Civil War, Moff Gideon initiated the Purge of Mandalore and attempted an act of genocide. Bo-Katan attempted to forestall this by surrendering to Gideon, but he played her for a fool.

Now, Mandalore has been reclaimed, and Bo-Katan stands as the planet's ruler after The Mandalorian season 3. She may not wield the Darksaber anymore, but - as this cosplay demonstrates - she's still a force to be reckoned with. It will be thrilling to see Bo-Katan's story continue.
