There's a lot of loot to acquire in Star Wars Outlaws, but the hunt for treasures found in Jet Kordo's vaults is in a category of its own. While plenty of valuables can be found lying around in plain sight or tucked away in undefended corners, others requires dangerous ventures or thorough searches. Jet Kordo's vault treasures take the cake in this regard, as hunting them out requires Kay to follow a long chain of clues that takes her off the beaten path and requires a good bit of active effort on the player's behalf.
Every planet that can be visited in Star Wars Outlaws features at least one Jet Kordo vault, although Kay doesn't start the game with the ability to seek them out. After finishing up some quests on Toshara, however, she gains access to a holotracker that can be picked up on the Trailblazer's workbench. This tool displays holographic images of locations where Kay can seek out vaults, and once she finds these spots, she can use it in a similar manner to a metal detector to track down the actual entrance to a vault.
Jet Kordo's Vault On Toshara Is The First Of Many
Kay Can Earn A Scoundrel Belt & More
The first vault for Kay to find is on Toshara, with the starting point for the search found next to one of the distinct rock formations that litter the planet. Although the process of locating the first vault isn't mechanically difficult, it's good to know in advance that Kay is only looking for a small holodisc reader set into rock. Consequently, it's easy to by the entrance without realizing it, so a thorough approach is important.
In addition to the useful items found in each vault, Kay gets a Jet Kordo's Legacy collectible each time to help her piece together Jet Kordo's story.
The main reward for finding Jet Kordo's vault on Toshara is the Scoundrel Belt, a holster that lets Kay carry an extra Bacta Vial and Grenade and makes the Stun Shot recharge faster. When two other Scoundrel items are equipped alongside it, Super Cooling gets powered up as well. If Kay takes on the challenge in the early game, the belt is likely to be the best she's yet found, although whether it's worth the time is still questionable.
Jet Kordo's Vault On Kijimi Is For Sabacc Fans
High-Stakes Games Get Easier
Like Toshara, Kijimi features one Jet Kordo vault location, which is tucked away inside the dense city. In this case, however, Kay actually has to locate and acquire the relevant holodisc first, leaving her in the dark for a while about how to proceed. Getting a lead might require a thorough search or some luck, as Kay learns about the holodisc by eavesdropping on a random conversation. She can win it in a game of Sabacc before proceeding to track down the vault through the same method as before.

Get the most out of Kessel Sabacc in Star Wars Outlaws by knowing the rules to win and how to cheat without making a fool out of yourself.
The Kijimi vault only gives Kay a couple of collectibles, so it's not as essential for those seeking out combat equipment. One of them, however, is a token that can be used to swap Kay's hand with an opponent's in Sabacc, arguably a must-have for fans of the Star Wars Outlaws card game.
Akiva Has Two Jet Kordo Vaults With Decent Rewards
This Planet Requires A Bit More Commitment
Jet Kordo has two vaults on Akiva in Star Wars Outlaws, but accessing them may not be a particularly quick process. Kay first has to complete the main quest on Akiva called "The Scavenger", as doing so will earn her the Hydrorepulsor speeder upgrade necessary to cross the planet's bodies of water.
The first vault on Akiva isn't necessarily the most exciting, as the mechanical upgrade that can be found there is just a standard blaster part. It does offer a lead for the next vault, however, which has a bigger reward in store. There, the Scoundrel Pants can be found, bringing the total up to two out of three Scoundrel outfit pieces if Kay goes to Akiva before Tatooine. It's not worth doing only the first vault on Akiva, but committing to both is more fruitful.
Tatooine's Jet Kordo Vaults Have A Throwback Reward
Original Trilogy Fans Might Appreciate One Of These
Like Akiva, Tatooine features two vaults to check out, and checking out both of them will round out Kay's journey of seeking new Jet Kordo treasure locations. Once again, they're also reliant on first completing a main quest on the planet — in this case, "The Heavy."

Star Wars Outlaws Review: Dazzling Hives Of Scum & Villainy
Star Wars Outlaws focuses on a grimier, seedier side of the universe with a rich, detailed open world that features both new and legacy characters.
There's no good reason not to check out the first vault on Tatooine, as it rewards Kay with both a ship upgrade material that can be hard to find and the Scoundrel Jacket. If Kay has already been to Akiva, this completes the Scoundrel set and gives Kay the Super Cooling buffs. The reward from the second vault, a Sandcrawler paint job for Kay's speeder, is more nostalgic than it is game-changing.
Jet Kordo's Legacy Is Worth Completing
Unnecessary But Solid Rewards Incentivize The Hunt
After completing all of the above vaults, there's a last bit where Kay returns to the first one on Toshara, picking up the Cocktail Umbrella charm. This Major Charm "counts as any gear set item for the purpose of unlocking gear set bonuses," making it so that Kay can much more easily get bonus effects without always having full sets equipped. It's the best item acquired from the Jet Kordo vaults, making it a fitting final reward. Kay also gets an achievement called "It's Mine Now" for finishing, so trophy hunters can't miss out.

Star Wars Outlaws: Smuggler’s Hideout Location & Rewards
Knowing the Smuggler’s Hideout location in Star Wars Outlaws grants you some helpful extra rewards, so here’s exactly where to go in the game.
The items found in any given Jet Kordo vault are never that huge on their own, but it does amount to a nice pile at the end of the journey. For those who find the quest to be a drag from the start, it's definitely easy to play through the game without acquiring anything from the vaults and still have an experience that feels complete. Anyone who enjoys the treasure hunting process, however, should definitely see Jet Kordo's Legacy through to the end in Star Wars Outlaws.
