Debuting in Rogue One and appearing in Andor season 2, K-2SO is a KX-series enforcer droid whose original Imperial programming was suppressed, making him a key Rebellion asset (albeit pretty cynical and sarcastic). Likewise, C1-10P aka "Chopper" is just as sarcastic and stubborn, the beloved and loyal astromech belonging to Hera Syndulla, debuting in Star Wars Rebels and making his first live-action appearance in Ahsoka. Due to their potential as a hilarious replacement for Threepio and Artoo, putting Kaytoo and Chop together has long been a big hope for Star Wars fans (and I think I know how it can happen).
K-2SO & Chopper Deserve To Become Friends
A Perfect Threepio and Artoo Replacement
It's easy to see how Kaytoo and Chopper could easily mirror Threepio and Artoo. After all, Threepio is an overly chatty humanoid droid who constantly worries, providing the odds of failure or success in any given crisis. Meanwhile, Artoo offers various beeps and noises rather than actual speech, though his precocious and braver personality still shines through even when Threepio isn't around to translate. While they may be more stubborn, sarcastic, and perhaps more irritable, the same general characteristics and dynamics are very much true for K-2SO and Chopper as well.

Andor Season 2 Includes The Most Surprising KotOR Easter Egg I've Ever Seen - But What Does It Mean?
Andor season 2 features an incredibly surprising Easter egg with hidden connections to Knights of the Old Republic (but what does it mean?)
Notably, Threepio and R2-D2 already have "evil twins" in the Star Wars galaxy. Debuting in Marvel's canonical comics beginning with 2015's Darth Vader series, 0-0-0 and BT-1 served the Dark Lord of the Sith during the Galactic Civil War. Rather than communication, Triple Zero is an all-black protocol droid fluent in millions of forms of torture. Meanwhile, Bee Tee is a blastomech droid armed to the teeth with various forms of firearms and explosives.
While they eventually left Vader's service and became allies to the rogue archaeologist Doctor Aphra, it's clear that Trip and Bee Tee were created to be dark replacements for Star Wars' most classic droid duo. Conversely, putting K-2SO and Chopper together would likely result in a more "chaotic good" variant of the Threepio/Artoo pairing. A fan-favorite droid due to his sassy attitude and penchant for "war crimes", one could easily see Chopper appealing to Kaytoo's darker impulses...all in the name of helping the Rebellion, of course.
Andor Season 2 Confirms The Best Way For K-2SO & Chopper To Meet
We Need Something Like Tales of the Rebellion (Or Droids)
Thanks to the recently released Andor season 2 and the clarification of K-2SO's true origins with the Rebellion, it's been confirmed that both Kaytoo and Chopper were at the Rebel base on Yavin at the same time, before the events of Rogue One. This is proven thanks to Chopper's cameo in Rogue One, the appearance of The Ghost during the Battle of Scarif, and a few select episodes of Rebels showing the Spectres visiting Yavin the year beforehand. As such, the odds of Kaytoo and Chop having run into each other at some point do feel high.
With that in mind, I think the best way to finally bring Kaytoo and Chopper together is in animation, which in turn likely means Lucasfilm producing something like a Tales of the Rebellion/Droids series. After all, they've already done Tales of the Jedi, Empire, and Underworld. As such, a new Star Wars series focusing on more Rebel or droid stories does feel possible, which could then see Chopper and Kaytoo finally meeting in the Star Wars canon. They'd finally get the chaotic adventure they've always deserved, which many fans are dying to see (myself included).
