The beginning of Bambi always makes me cry without fail. It is one of Disney's classic and most beloved films, with gorgeous animation and interesting stories of adorable animals living in the forest.

Bambi is kind of an overlooked Disney film from this era, but there may be a reason for this. The animation is impressive for the time of its release, but ultimately it does not capture the same kind of whimsy as some other Disney films in this era.
