Synopsis
The infamous (and kind-hearted) not-super villain Gru returns in Despicable Me 4, the fourth entry in the long-running movie series from Illumination Entertainment. The fourth film also sees the return of Gru's wife, Lucy, portrayed again by Kristin Wiig, and introduces their son.

The minions were underutilized and didn't appear much in the movie other than in short gags. I had a lot of unanswered questions after the film ended since a lot of plot points were not wrapped up well. Some of the jokes felt like they were trying a little too hard to be relevant and modern. Overall, it lacked the charm and heart of the previous three movies.
