Sherlock Holmes has become so ingrained in popular culture that it's surprising there aren't more stories about his extended family and acquaintances. Enola Holmes is inspired by a series of novels aimed at tweens, but the movie is, arguably, even better than the books. Much of that is likely due to Millie Bobby Brown's charm as she breaks the fourth wall to solve her first mystery as Sherlock's little sister. She is effortlessly Enola, picking apart ads in the paper and offering to trade clothes with people for a disguise. Enola Holmes is such a fun and fresh mystery.

Fun spin-off with an amazing cast. Millie Bobby Brown is fantastic and is able to shine in scenes with Henry Cavill and Sam Claflin. It's an interesting expansion of what we already know about Sherlock Holmes, and it's more digestible for young audiences than other Sherlock titles.

Millie Bobby Brown is a phenomenal actress and she really gets a chance to shine in Enola Holmes. The plot is interesting and the entire cast play their roles very well.
