  • This Mad Max sequel resurrected the franchise. Charlize Theron and Tom Hardy are magnetic, not needing to speak much to get across their thoughts and feelings. The setup and payoff works across the film, almost as if it had actually been planned by someone who knows what they're doing. I know there's an acclaimed black and white version, but the cinematography here has so many bright, beautiful colors that I can't imagine giving them up.

  • Mad Max Fury Road is my favorite in the franchise. Don' t gel with the series as much as others, but this one is a great time. Love how it basically never slows down. Fantastic score throughout and with some of the best vehicle stunts I have ever seen.

  • Mad Max: Fury Road really gets the idea of the franchise right. It is everything a Mad Max film should be in showing the spectacle of the environment, but has non-stop, impressively choreographed action that really keeps the audience engaged.

  • Absolutely beautiful chaos that is easy to follow, yet introduces a world with incredible depth and layers. Every star is on point, while Hardy's Max can be overshadowed, he is a perfect vessel for viewers to dive deep into this world, with Imortan Joe and Furiosa's conflict being bombastic and personal, makingits ending all the more fulfilling.
