Borderlands again returns to the episodic narrative adventure genre with the release of New Tales of the Borderlands, a successor to the Telltale Games series Tales From the Borderlands released in 2014. This second entry forgoes prior protagonists, Rhys and Fiona, in favor of three new ones: Anu the Scientist, her brother Octavio, and a woman named Fran. Together, the trio will face off against an ever-escalating day as they face off against extraterrestrial threats and money-making opportunists at every turn.
