Spencer took to TikTok to plead with his followers to help him and his wife earn some money during this devastating time. "Please stream any of [Heidi's] music on any platforms it will make a huge difference," he said. Their fans showed up big time for the couple, as Heidi's album Superficial soared to the top of the iTunes chart.
Spencer expressed how grateful they were for the career success amid the big milestone, exclaiming, "Popstar Heidi Montag No. 1 on iTunes America," before bringing some levity to the situation by adding, "Who needs a house, who needs clothes, who needs anything but this level of clout, pop, superstardom?" He continued on to say that their children will be able to brag that that their mother spent time at No. 1 on iTunes in the United States. As seen in the background of Spencer's Instagram video, Heidi's album Superficial even toppled Bad Bunny's brand-new album DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS.
Amazingly, Spencer isn't stopping there. He also wants songs from Superficial to get "radio play," which will help the album get onto the Billboard charts, "which is the ultimate goal 'cause then it's like, that's a wrap, Heidi is the biggest superstar in the world," according to The Hills alum. He wants people who own "a radio station or knows a radio station" to help make it happen.
