Netflix’s 2025 drama fantastic Australian TV shows. The Survivors is a great addition to the mix.

Based on the best-selling titular book by Jane Harper, the story follows a man named Kieran Elliott who travels back to Evelyn Bay only to have two deaths and a disappearance from his childhood brought back up when a young woman gets killed. Though the show has many great components, its biggest strength is the performances of the cast. Surprisingly, the Netflix crime show includes a large group of up-and-coming actors with a few established names thrown in.
