Despite the 27 names confirmed for Avengers: Doomsday's cast, there were some notable absences, including Tom Holland's Spider-Man, Benedict Cumberbatch's Doctor Strange, Mark Ruffalo's Hulk, Hugh Jackman's Wolverine, and more. While not EVERYONE has to be in Avengers 5, I do think there's more to the cast that has yet to be revealed, and a second cast video will likely happen at some point down the line.
