A lot of people believe that the episodes/seasons of The Office after Steve Carell leaves are bad and that the show is somewhat gripping at straws. Jenna Fischer, who plays Pam, has recently called out these comments and said that the storylines in seasons 8 and 9 are "really good," and I agree with her. Yes, it was weird without Michael Scott, but I thought a lot of the stories in these seasons were very fitting with the rest of the show. A lot of TV shows go downhill after losing a fan-favorite lead, but I genuinely don't think The Office is one of them.
