<em>Below Deck</em> season 12 introduced Chef Lawrence Snowden, and though he might have the skills to succeed, the pressure of being on camera seems to be getting to him fast. During the first charter, he showed signs of stress and second-guessing himself in the galley, especially around the cameras. While he clearly knows how to cook, the <em>Below Deck</em> environment demands more than talent. I don't think he's going to be able to last through the first charter.
