Were you satisfied with the way The Rookie handled Tim Bradford's long-awaited group?

The Rookie has been teasing a moment of Tim Bradford in a veteran’s group since before the season’s start, and now that it’s finally aired I have to say, I didn’t like it. While I’ve been a Tim fan from the beginning, seeing him participating in a veteran’s group only to talk about his hookup with Lucy Chen and not tackle any of the issues that would actually pertain to his past trauma was underwhelming. I’m finding The Rookie season 7 to be difficult for Tim and Lucy, so far.

What is Supernatural's funniest episode?

Supernatural has had its fair share of hilarious episodes over 15 seasons. That said, three pop to mind when I think about the funniest of the show's run. These are: "Mystery Spot," which was Supernatural's take on Groundhog Day, where Dean kept dying at the end of every day; "The French Mistake," where Sam and Dean came to the real world; and "Scoobynatural," which was Supernatural's animated crossover special with Scooby-Doo.

Which Blumhouse sequel are you most looking forward to?

Blumhouse has three sequels coming out later this year: M3gan 2.0, Five Nights At Freddy's 2, and Black Phone 2. I can honestly say that I am looking forward to all three of them, and will absolutely be seeing them all in theaters. My kids are most looking forward to FNAF 2 because they are huge fans of the games, but I have to it that for me, it is M3gan 2.0. I really love the first film, it perfectly blends horror and comedy, and just adore Violet McGraw. I am also intrigued by the fact that M3gan is now friend not foe.

Can Star Wars' The Acolyte season 2 ever happen?

It has been revealed that Star Wars' The Acolyte ended up being Disney+'s second most-watched series of 2024, with 2.7 billion minutes viewed. What is more impressive is that it was only a little behind first place, which was Percy Jackson and the Olympians with 3 billion. It's easy to see that despite all the negative comments, there were still a lot of people tuning into the show, though I agree interest waned as the season went on. That said, there was a lot of potential to make season 2 better. Sadly, I think the negative impressions won here, and season 2 will never happen.

Should Tom Cruise and Keanu Reeves star in a movie together after Cruise's recent comments about the John Wick star?

Tom Cruise recently praised Keanu Reeves and revealed how he often calls him to talk about the big movies the actor has been making. I have long wanted to see the duo team up on the big screen in an action flick that can use the stars' ability when it comes to stunts to the fullest. While I can't imagine Tom Cruise coming into the world of the John Wick movies, a new franchise that spotlights Cruise and Reeves' charm and action skills could come in the future.

Are you still upset Netflix canceled The Society?

I have grown used to Netflix canceling shows that I really wanted to see come back for at least another season. However, The Society's cancellation is one that I still can't accept. The show was renewed for season 2, only to be canceled a year later. The Society had intriguing mysteries, fun character dynamics, exciting relationships, and young actors brimming with potential. It was the perfect show for a multi-season run, but Netflix dropped the ball, and we were left with a major cliffhanger.

Does George Lazenby deserve to be the least popular James Bond actor?

George Lazenby starred in just one James Bond movie - One Her Majesty's Secret Service - and is consistently ranked as the worst actor to take on the role of 007, but is it really fair? In the decades since its release, OHMSS has been reappraised (Christopher Nolan is a fan), and it has easily one of the most impactful endings of the entire franchise. Lazenby's performance is, ittedly, a little uneven: he lacks the charisma of Connery, but avoids the sometimes-grating silliness of Roger Moore, and he is one of the more physically convincing Bonds. Would he have been more appreciated if he'd starred in more than one James Bond movie?

When will Daryl Dixon and Rick Grimes reunite in The Walking Dead universe?

Andrew Lincoln's The Walking Dead spinoff series, The Ones Who Live, ended without a reunion between Rick Grimes and Daryl Dixon. Norman Reedus still has a few more seasons of European adventures as Daryl in his own spinoff series before calling it a day as the character. With Lincoln not having a set project to return as Rick Grimes, the actor's future in The Walking Dead universe is up in the air. After returning home, Rick could greet Daryl when Carol brings him back to Alexandria, which could happen either as Daryl Dixon's series finale or in a crossover event.

What's a movie where the entire story was revealed in the trailer?

I hear this complaint a lot about movie trailers, and I'm curious about what the most notable movies are where the trailer just revealed the whole thing. I was shocked that Wicked essentially revealed the whole arc of the first movie in its trailers, though maybe that's more excusable because people know the story? I didn't know anything going into it but I was able to ascertain Elphaba's entire arc from seeing the trailers in theaters.

Will The Void kill people with his shadows or send them to a shadow realm in Marvel's Thunderbolts*?

The Thunderbolts* trailers have shown that when Sentry turns into his evil persona, the Void, he has the power to seemingly kill people with shadows. However, due to the huge scope of the shadows shown in New York City and how the trailers make it seem like at least Yelena Belova gets transported to a darker dimension, I believe that the Void is not really killing people. Instead, he may be sending them to a shadow realm of sorts, even explaining why Sentry's evil name is "The Void." Other NYC heroes could have been sent there, explaining their absence.

Why isn't Hollywood giving Sophia Lillis the Millie Bobby Brown/Jenna Ortega treatment?

In 2017, we might have thought that Sophia Lillis was on the road to a prodigious career, as the success of IT ($700 million) was comparable to that of Millie Bobby Brown with Stranger Things, and later Jenna Ortega with both Scream and Wednesday, and while she did follow it up with acclaimed roles in Sharp Objects and I Am Not Okay With This, there's been nothing major since! If not a ing role in Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, and a few direct-to-streaming/limited release films, why has she not seen the same success?

Is Netflix's Twilight series better than a new movie?

Netflix is working on an animated series that will adapt Midnight Sun, the 2020 book written by Twilight franchise creator Stephanie Meyer, which flips the first entry in the saga to show the story from Edward Cullen's perspective. While I am excited about any new Twilight projects, I have to say that a sequel movie that focuses on Renesmee and brings back the original cast would be my favorite way of seeing more from the franchise. That said, since that is unlikely to ever happen for many reasons, I'll gladly take the Midnight Sun animated series.

What was Ncuti Gatwa's best moment as the Fifteenth Doctor in Doctor Who?

I'm very sad that Ncuti Gatwa has left Doctor Who as the Fifteenth Doctor. I thought they were stellar and was hoping for more time. I loved it when he'd call villains babes, and his sense of humor was brilliant, but the one moment that sticks in my mind was when the Doctor cried at the end of "Dot and Bubble." That was actually the first scene Ncuti shot as the Doctor, I believe, which makes this moment even more impactful.

Will Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning wind up winning at the box office?

Although there was a ton of hype for the film, Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning wound up losing at the box office to Lilo & Stitch’s live action remake. While that’s a whole other conversation, I think the fact that MI did nearly as well as a release that children could see is a great indicator that it will continue to succeed at the box office, and likely recover to first place after its opening weekend.

With all of these Star Wars announcements, can we just get a Darth Vader series with Hayden Christensen already?

From Ryan Gosling's Star Wars: Starfighter to The Mandalorian & Grogu to all the TV shows and movies in development, there is plenty to come from a galaxy far, far away. I hope Disney finally gives us a Darth Vader project as part of its plans for the Star Wars franchise. Ahsoka showed how there is potential for Hayden Christensen's full-on Star Wars return, as did the Obi-Wan Kenobi series. Through a Darth Vader show with Anakin flashbacks, we could get several more years with Hayden in his most iconic role, expanding the franchise.

Why wasn't Rachel Weisz' Melina in Thunderbolts*?

While the movie brought back a wide range of characters while also introducing a few key new ones, Thunderbolts* was notably missing Rachel Weisz' Melina, a pretty important inclusion after Black Widow ended with her and David Harbour's Alexei seemingly had a romantic rekindling, and the movie focuses on him and Florence Pugh's Yelena, and also features Taskmaster. None of the writers or director of the movie have clarified whether she was even in talks for a return, and she's not referenced at all in the movie. Part of me thinks it's likely it was a scheduling conflict amid the movie's shifting schedule from the 2023 Hollywood strikes, but a lack of mentions in the movie do make me worried Marvel has moved on from her.

Are you disappointed that Red Dwarf season 13 might not happen, despite being announced?

Craig Charles, who plays Dave Lister in Red Dwarf, has recently made comments that imply that the previously announced season 13 may not be happening now. He has been rather vague about the reason behind this, and Red Dwarf season 13 hasn't been officially canceled yet, but it doesn't seem positive. It's a shame, as Red Dwarf is such a brilliant show that isn't on the air enough now, so I hope that production finds a way to make it happen.

Why isn't Dacre Montgomery having a bigger career after Stranger Things?

After having a Heath Ledger-esque performance in Stranger Things seasons 2 and 3, and a key role in the oft-forgotten Power Rangers reboot, Dacre Montgomery has not had the opportunity to demonstrate his talent in the years since, except in ing roles like in Elvis and a rom-com that, though well-received, went unnoticed in its theatrical release. Why is that, especially when an actor like Joseph Quinn, who I think is overrated, continues to get major projects like Gladiator II and Fantastic Four: The First Steps?

Should Shemar Moore return to Criminal Minds: Evolution as Derek Morgan after the end of SWAT?

Although I’d love to see Derek Morgan return to Criminal Minds: Evolution in the future, I don’t know if Shemar Moore returning so quickly after SWAT ends is the best idea. As Derek was phased off the show long before its end, I think bringing him back may be a shorter-term idea, rather than ingratiating him back into the team. This could happen at any time, so spacing his appearance out from Matthew Gray Gubler’s could do the show well.

Should Sebastian Stan play Luke Skywalker?

As the New Republic era picks up and starts to culmiante with a major conflict involving the Grand iral Thrawn and the Imperial Remnant, it makes sense for Luke Skywalker to make future appearances involving more action with extended roles compared to what's been seen via CGI de-aging. With that in mind, I think I'd rather see Luke being recast with Sebastian Stan, something Mark Hamill wants to see happen (and the two actors have allegedly talked about it). I think this would be better than the CGI/finding some contrived excuse to explain Luke's absence.
