According to People, Tom alleged Ariana failed “to state sufficient facts to state a cause of action” or “to mitigate whatever damages” she suffered. Tom’s claim asserts that Ariana is taking a personal matter to the courts, which he’s been hoping to avoid. Tom has publicly shared that he has been paying the majority of the costs for he upkeep of their house alone.

Tom Sandoval Claims Ariana Isn’t Acting In “Good Faith”

While Tom’s credibility may not be the best according to Vanderpump Rules season 11 viewers, it’s clear that he’s upset with the way Ariana has represented him in court. According to Tom’s claim, Ariana “did not act reasonably and in good faith when filing the lawsuit against him.” His claim makes it clear that he feels she’s taking something from their personal lives too far, even though Ariana has publicly asserted that she’s asked Tom to discuss the logistics of selling their house with her lawyer. It appears he takes most issue with “proceeds being evenly split between” them.
