The couple seemed to make it work at first. Now, their love story's like something out of a true crime novel. Instead of enjoying life with their daughter as they used to do, they will be separated. Little Olivia may be able to visit her dad, but he'll be in a prison for years. Mike's dark side is currently common knowledge, but it has been for a while. In July 2024, he was convicted of keeping child pornography files on his computer. Before that, in 2023, there were similar issues.
He ed files filled with pornographic content in torrents but claimed he was searching for "teen porn" rather than child porn. He said he was interested in adult pornography.
Mike keeps saying he didn't mean to do anything wrong. He says he wanted porn, but not that kind of porn, and that child porn stuff was included in his torrents. He claimed that he deleted those types of files when he saw them. He said that he hated looking at them. The judge didn't buy it. There were thousands of files and some featured children under the age of 12.
Over and over again, the IT professional, who definitely understands how ing and the Internet work due to his job, received torrents - files filled with pornographic content - but claimed he was searching for "teen porn" rather than child porn. He said he was interested in pornography featuring adults. Mike often hid out in his garage, watching porn on a computer that he kept there.
When his home was raided by law enforcement officials in 2023, he began his legal saga, which will end with his sentencing.

As per Mike's troubles started last year. His activities were being monitored due to his pornography habit. He didn't realize that the police were preparing to enter his home and seize his computer. The IG source revealed:

Michael Eloshway, who appeared in season 1 of 90 day fiancé with wife Aziza, has been charged in Ohio Federal Court.
An indictment obtained by WOACB indicated that Eloshway knowingly distributed and received content of minors engaged in sexual acts from February 2022 - March 2023. A laptop seized by the Feds in March 2023 contained numerous files depicting CSAM.
Eloshway’s arraignment is set for June 28, 2023.
His relationship with Aziza on 90 day finance raised eyebrows due to their 10 year age gap. Aziza who came from Russia struggled in their early days of marriage with attraction to Michael being a factor. Despite that issue, she agreed to marry Michael. They went on to have a daughter.
This is the 2nd TLC in 2 years to be charged with crimes against children related to CSAM.
A relationship blossomed between 31-year-old Mike from Cleveland, Ohio and 21-year-old Aziza from Volgograd, Russia. The couple met on a website where visitors could learn languages. Despite their differing backgrounds, Mike and Aziza made things work. Aziza obtained her K-1 visa in summer 2013, and arrived in America to marry Mike. Sadly for Aziza, her family was unable to attend her American wedding. However, the couple was able to travel to Russia, so Mike could meet his new bride's parents.
The couple is still together post-show, but maybe not for long. Mike is going to prison.
The couple currently shares their first child, a girl who turned two in 2021. Aziza gave birth to Olivia Joan on January 14, 2019. Aziza used to be very active on social media, where she enjoyed sharing photos of the couple's happy life together with their daughter. The mother of one described herself as a Russian girl living in the United States, and once enjoyed sharing images of her life online. Though the couple had one of the more low-key relationships on the show, Aziza gained over 65K followers.
Aziza appeared to embrace motherhood and cherished the time she spent with her toddler and husband. She shared photos of Mike and Olivia. Aziza, whose Instagram is now set to private, showed her daughter playing by their Christmas tree a couple of years back. The photos were captioned,
"Multi purpose daddy - gives kisses, plays with you and can be used as a Christmas tree."
Though little Olivia didn't appear to be a fan of the cold, the family used to get into the holiday spirit. Aziza shared a sweet snap of her and Olivia decorating for Christmas, writing "I've never been the person who puts their Christmas tree up early. Never done it after Thanksgiving. But this year it seemed appropriate. Why not middle of November. Plus I had a helper this year (she really sucked at her job, but whatever)."
Things are bad for this 90 Day Fiancé family. Mike has brought them down, but maybe Aziza will be happier when he's in prison. It's possible that she had a lot of fears, revulsion and more after he was charged. She may love him as they've been together for years. However, there was always the chance that she was using him for a Green Card and money. Now, she must face life alone - well, not completely alone. She has her daughter and Olivia is what matters most right now.
