Tzarina's had a difficult start on Below Deck Down Under season 3 thanks to her Sous Chef, Anthony Bird. From the moment they shook hands onboard, Tzarina and Anthony were at odds. Anthony wasn't a fan of Tzrina's interview-like questioning, while Tzarina thought Anthony acted like a know-it-all. The coworkers got off to a terrible start, and Tzarina knew Anthony would be difficult to work with, and she was right. Anthony complained about everything under the sun, from not being allowed to make guest food right away to Tzarina making him wash the dishes. However, when she finally gave him a chance, he messed up.

When tasked with making an octopus, he made a mistake during the preparation and still acted entitled. Nonetheless, Tzarina still gave him a chance and didn't get mad at him when she discovered the octopus was ruined. In fact, after this incident, Anthony told Tzarina he got a new job and would only be on the boat for the next couple of charters. Tzarina remained calm but did go to Captain Jason about it and handled this situation accordingly. Jason immediately fired Anthony, and he left the boat right away.

Tzarina has had a rough season so far, but now that Anthony is gone, hopefully, she is on a better path. Jason is looking for a new sous chef for her, which will help alleviate some stress. With luck, this doesn't deter her from returning to Below Deck Down Under in the future.
