Amazon's the One Power. While men who can channel are exceedingly rare in The Wheel of Time, they're not unheard of, and the idea of "False Dragons" has circulated around before Rand's proclamation.
A False Dragon is a man with access to the One Power who attempts to declare himself the Dragon Reborn. This could be due to a belief that they fulfill some part of the Karaethon Cycle, the prophecy that foretold the signs of the Dragon, or a desire for power. We already saw Logain, one of the False Dragons, who stirred up a war prior to the events of the show. The Aes Sedai ultimately brought him down and Gentled him, but he's not the only male channeler left, nor the last to falsely proclaim himself as the Dragon Reborn.
Wheel Of Time Has Referenced Mazrim Taim Several Times
Mazrim Taim Is Confirmed To Exist In The Show's World
Mazrim Taim is a character who's referenced several times in both the early seasons of The Wheel of Time and in the early novels. In Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time books, Taim isn't introduced until Lord of Chaos, when he instantly becomes a prominent character. In season 2, his existence was mentioned by Liandrin, who described the rise of a False Dragon in Saldea. Later in the season, Alanna mentioned him directly by name, referring to Taim and Logain as recent examples of powerful channelers ri, suggesting they use them against the Dark One.

If The Wheel Of Time Show Is Following The Books, One Of These Characters Is Secretly A Forsaken
Depending on how accurate The Wheel of Time TV show is to this major book moment, we might have glimpsed at another disguised Forsaken.
Mazrim Taim came up again with the introduction of Faile Bashere, Perrin's new love interest. Her father is Davram Bashere, the man who's spent the past two seasons off-screen dealing with Taim's rising threat in his region. With all these mentions, Prime Video's adaptation has confirmed Taim will play a role in the TV show, and it seems like they're planning to incorporate him sooner rather than later. It's unclear if this will be next season, which will primarily adapt The Fires of Heaven, or season 5, which would likely be based on Lord of Chaos.
Why Rand May Meet Mazrim Taim In Season 4
Rand Needs A Male Channeler To Teach Him
Mazrim Taim begins the series as an ally to Rand al'Thor, though this is only out of convenience and self-interest. At a certain point, Mazrim Taim is pardoned for his crimes by Rand, who decrees amnesty for male channelers. After Taim is freed, he helps Rand as a teacher in a new organization, called the Black Tower, which is made for male channelers, called Asha'man. This aspect of the story is why Taim might be entering the show's version of the story sooner rather than later.
Moiraine mentioned in The Wheel of Time season 3's ending that she needed a male channeler to help Rand harness his power. The male half of the One Power is much more challenging to control than the Female, described as a "raging torrent." There's only so much Moiraine can do, and Rand's teacher in the books, the Forsaken Asmodean, doesn't seem to be appearing in the show. The other option would be to have Logain teach him, but it could go either way. It's the perfect opportunity to introduce Mazrim Taim.

Wheel Of Time Season 3's Rahvin Twist Complicates The Show's Setup For Elayne's Warder
Elayne's Warder was set up earlier in The Wheel of Time show, but one season 3 change makes the character's introduction more complicated.
The formation of the Black Tower shouldn't happen in season 4, as the factions are already going to be confusing with the Rebel Aes Sedai faction forming in the aftermath of Elaida's coup. Still, Mazrim could appear in some capacity, offering his services to Rand, putting him in a position to start their order of male channelers in season 5. Amazon's Wheel of Time timeline is difficult to predict, but with the amount of hints they've given, he could appear soon.
