The first season of Jeopardy! Masters premiered on ABC, so watching the series requires access to the ABC channel via live TV. At the end Jeopardy! Masters season 1, Jennings made it clear that the champion game show would be returning for another season. Considering how long-lived the original show is, it would follow that a champions league would survive for multiple seasons. In an episode of the Inside Jeopardy! podcast, executive producer Michael Davies said the plan is to premiere the next edition of Jeopardy! Masters in a similar timeframe to the first season. Matt Amodio, James Holzhauer, and Mattea Roach all made the Jeopardy! Masters final in 2023, so they will be automatically returning for the 2024 show. It was also announced that at least one spot for Jeopardy! Masters 2024 will be taken by the winner of the inaugural Jeopardy Invitational Tournament set to take place in early 2024. It is unclear where the rest of the contestants for Jeopardy! Masters 2024 will come from, but the second season of the show is sure to be as entertaining and challenging as the first.
